We accept all major Credit Cards through our secure payment gateway on our website, hosted by Shopify.
Our jewelry is handcrafted and made to order. Please allow 2-3 weeks for all products to be handmade just for you.
We will send you a confirmation email when we receive payment for the item, and a second confirmation email will be sent when the item is shipped out with tracking information.
All items are shipped free of charge.
International shipping will incur a 20.00 flat rate charge.
Returns and Exchanges

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase and wish to return it, we will refund 100% of your purchase for items returned without signs of wear within 14 business days. Simply reach out on the Contact Us page and we will send you the return instructions and of course we would love to work with you to help find a better fit for your collection.
If a piece arrives defective or damaged, please contact us as well for instructions on how to return it free of charge so we can repair the piece. If the item cannot be repaired we will exchange it and send you a replacement item as quickly as possible.
As our pieces are delicate in nature, they should be treated with care.
Pieces with stones should be protected from impact or bending, as stones are precisely set, and damage may occur to the settings or stones without proper care. Pieces with colored stones should be removed from the body when showering or swimming. They should not be cleaned with an ultrasonic machine, as this may cause the stones to become brittle or crack.
For best results, have a professional jeweler clean your piece to ensure longevity.
